About The Farm Porch

When we moved from town out to the country in 2014, I was so excited to decorate our new home. With such a big purchase we had limited funds for any home decor.  However, there was an old barn on our farmstead that was in the slow process of falling down.  My husband planned to tear it down and burn it.   I didn't have the heart to burn all that beautiful and perfectly weathered wood...and i needed home decor.  And that was the very beginning of The Farm Porch.  I fully decorated my home and found I still had a passion to create unique, one of a kind decor.  Not only from barn wood, but from many different sources; reclaimed wood, fence posts, antiques and junk yard finds.  I was driven to learn, design and build a business that my family & I could be proud of.  My commitment is to unique, quality products, exceptional service and wonderful customer care.

I'm always creating, improving, and customizing one of a kind pieces as we continue to expand our offerings based on how I can best serve every customer, from craft fairs to online shopping to custom orders.
